We collect their personal data in the course of providing services to them.

Information you give us

Depending on how you use the Offerings, you may provide us with information such as:

• your name, mail address, mailing address, phone number, and other similar contact information;

• information about your organization and contacts, such as colleagues or people within your organization;

• user names, pseudonyms, roles and other authentication and security authorization information;

• content of feedback, testimonials, inquiries, support tickets, telephone conversations, chat sessions, and mails with or to us; 

• your image, voice, and other identifiers that are personally associated with you when you attend an event;

• identity information, including government-issued identification information; 

• corporate and financial information; and

• VAT numbers and other tax identifiers.

Automatic Information

We automatically collect information when you:

• visit, interact with, or use Offerings; 

• download content from us;

• open emails or click on links in emails from us; and

• interact or communicate with us (for example, when you attend an event or when you request customer support).

Examples of information we collect automatically include:

• network and connection information, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or other device to the Internet, and information about your Internet service provider; 

• computer information such as device, application, browser type/version, browser plug-in type/version, operating system or time zone setting; 

• the location of your device or computer;

• authentication and security authorization information;

• content interaction information, such as content downloads, including duration and number; 

• mail addresses and phone numbers used to contact us; and

• identifiers and information contained in cookies (see our Cookie Notice).  

Information from other sources

Examples of information we receive from other sources include:

• marketing, sales or recruiting information, including your name, email address and other similar contact information; 

• search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links); and 

• credit history information from credit bureaus.

We have signed the appropriate contracts (DPA-SCC) with these companies to adequately ensure privacy.

Analytics

When visiting our websites, Google Analytics may be used and automatically provide usage information. Google Analytics anonymizes all traffic data so that no personal information is recorded. You can prevent the collection of data by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:

• When it is necessary to enter into a contract with you or a legal entity you represent, to fulfill our contractual obligations, to provide our offers, to respond to your requests or to provide customer support,

• where we have a legitimate interest as described in this Privacy Notice,

• when necessary to comply with laws and legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests; or 

• with their consent.

Sharing with third parties

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and it is not our business to sell our customers' personal information to others. We share personal information only as described below with partners that are either subject to this Privacy Notice or have practices that are at least as secure as those described in this Privacy Notice.

• Transactions Involving Third Parties: We make available to them services, content and software provided by third parties for use in or through Offerings. You may recognize when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share information related to those transactions with that third party.

• Third Party Service Providers: We engage other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include: Dispatch of communications, marketing and sales support, payment processing, customer relationship management, and training. These third party vendors have access to personal information they need to perform their functions, but are not permitted to use it for any other purpose. In addition, they must process this data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and under applicable data protection laws.

• Protection of Us and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our terms and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety, of our customers or others. This includes sharing information with other companies and organizations for fraud prevention and detection and credit risk reduction.

• At your option: except as noted above, they will be notified when personal information about them may be disclosed to third parties, and they will have the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.

Security Measures

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personal information. Our security procedures mean that we may require proof of identity before disclosing personal information to them.

Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• to inquire whether we hold personal data about them and to request copies of that personal data and information about how it is processed;

• to request that inaccurate personal data be corrected;

• request the erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed, that is processed on the basis of withdrawn consent, or that is processed in breach of applicable law;

• request us to restrict the processing of personal data if the processing is unreasonable;

• object to the processing of personal data; and

• request the portability of personal data they have provided to us.

If they wish to do so, they can contact us at any time at the contact address below. It may take up to 30 days for us to respond to their request.

If they have consented to the processing of their personal data for a specific purpose, they may withdraw their consent at any time and we will cease further processing of their data for that purpose.

Complaints & Supervisory Authority

However, if they feel that we have not adequately addressed their complaints or concerns, they have the right to file a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
